Basic B.Sc. Nursing is a 4-year undergraduate course in the field of healthcare. The purpose of the course is to assist students to become competent professional nurses committed to the promotion of health, prevention of disease, care during illness and rehabilitation of the clients. The curriculum has been planned to provide a broad concept of the fundamental principles of quality nursing care based on strong theoretical concepts to enable graduates to function effectively In varied health care settings at individual. family and community levels, in urban and rural areas.

This course is approved by Indian nursing council (INC). New Delhi, Maharashtra nursing council,(MNC), Mumbai and affiliated Maharashtra university of health sciences,(MUHS)Nashik.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To apply for the course, a student should pass H.S.C. with physics, chemistry, biology and English subjects. Minimum required percentage of H.S.C. for a general category students 45%a nd for a reserved category student is 40% In addition to this, the student should score non zero marks in entrance exam such as NEET, or any other entrance examination deemed fit by the admission regulating authority of the Government.
